how to block better in american football?
i am on the freshmen football team for my school for my team and i have never played football before. We have our first scrimmage tomorrow and during practice i didnt do great at blocking because ive never done it before, and i was wondering what are some strategies/techniques to better blocking and what should i expect from my first game?
The Best way to block is to first off give the guy on the other side hard hit then stay low keep your helmet in his numbers if you stand you’ll end up on your butt and drive your feet the whole time i hope this helps you
