If I write a check friday night and money is posted to my account monday will it cover the check?
If I write a check friday night, when will it clear? I don’t have the full amount for the check in my account, but my check from work will be there monday morn. Will this cover the check?
Most Likely! It depends on the business and how often they deposit their checks… but the weekends are usually pretty safe because the banks don’t do much processing on the weekends regardless. But if you are unsure.. you can always tell whoever you are writing the check to.. to wait until Monday to cash it? Some people are cool with that and some aren’t.. Best of Luck!!
