Why do tattoo artists wear black gloves?
Maybe not all artists, but I’ve seen many. Is there a specific reason for this, or is it just a preference that some artists have?
They wear gloves because you bleed a little bit when you get a tattoo done. It’s just for them to protect themselves and their customers. Black is because they are more thick and durable than the white latex gloves and blood doesn’t show as easily.
