should i get
12oz 14oz 16oz Gloves?
Medium, Large, XL Helmet?
16oz gloves since your a beginner plus it helps make you get hand speed because of their heaviness as for the head gear it depends what is the diameter of your head for instance i where a 7&5/8 fitted hat so i would get an extra large go to Titleboxing.com and i believe they have the sizes broken down for the head gear.
