Question about kickboxing boxing and hand pad positions?
Is there a website (how can I find out) the different positions I would need to hold the hand pads for the different kicks and punches so that I can practice w/ my husband at home w/o paying for expensive classes?
You know you have to hold the pads at different angles and in different stances for specific kicks / punches
Just go to www.youtube.com and type in ‘focus mitt training’.
This will come up with hundreds of results for you to look over and basically copy. You can also type in famous fighter’s and training after their name to copy their mitt training.
