what is the best way to apply a flat sticker onto a curved surface? i.e. decal on football helmet?
Im trying to prevent air bubbles and wrinkles
Warm the sticker with a blow drier until the sticker’s vinyl is soft an pliable.
Start from one end and from the center out, with a soft cloth, make sure that there are no wrinkles and/or bubbles. Warm those spots and try to flatten them, if necessary.
If the sticker is too big (like half the size of the helmet, then this might be impossible as there is so much stretch you can give to it.
