How do you clean/disinfect knee pads/elbow pads?
Hi,
Does anyone on here know how to safely clean knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards without damaging them?
When I wash my volleyball team’s knee pads, we flip them inside out and put them in the washing machine using cold water and laundry detergent. Then we let them air dry. Do not put them in the dryer!!!
