what is the difference between soccer cleats and lacrosse cleats?

There is practically no difference at all. Some models for attack players have extra spikes in the front of the toe to help push off better on a face off or to fly faster down field. You can use either lacrosse cleats, soccer cleats, or football cleats. All of the differences on each kinda are so minimal that it doesn’t really matter. I personally play with lacrosse cleats but that’s because I’m a goalie and I want a shoe that will lie flat on the ground and I need to be able to push off fast to jump from one area to another. The fastest players on our team use soccer cleats because they are meant for running. Turf shoes are going to be more like sneakers. They are practically sneakers with little tiny spikes in them to act like cleats. They are pretty pointless becuase you could just use your regular cleats with larger spikes on the turf.
