Should i wear a mouthguard mountain biking/snow skiing?
I mountain bike and ski alot and just for recreation. I am planning on going Mtn biking every week this summer and I get my braces off in one month so should I get a mouth guard for mountain biking? I would hate to knock any teeth out after 5 years of braces. Also what type of mouthguard? I’ve never had one so what’s the best? And where do I get one? Thanks!
I’ve never seen any one who mountain bikes wear a mouthguard. Wear a full face BMX helmet if you are worried about faceplants. I’ve raced mountain bikes and have only gone over the bars twice.
