i have a curved neck and a hump near the top of my neck?
idk if its bad posture. but my neck curvs weird at my neck area and i have a slight hump at the top of my back which makes me look like im leaning over. how can i reverse this?
weird i have the same thing!!! when i was younger, around 13, it was a lot more prominent. now its not so bad. but i went and got tests on it, xrays, ultrasounds, and the doctors didn’t know what it was. if you put your shoulders back instead of keeping them hunched forward, it is less prominent. hope this helps =]
