ls it illegal to put the nfl sunday ticket logo on my flyer? and outside my building?
I have a bar and this is the first NFL season and i have nfl sunday ticket with direct tv and im charging admission
I’d bet it is illegal. See if there’s a trademark symbol (™) or registered trademark symbol (®) next to it. If so, it’s definitely off limits.
Even if there isn’t either symbol, I’d suggest going to the NFL website and checking around there. Big Business is very conscious about protecting Intellectual Property rights these days.
By the way, you can’t legally charge admission. That’s in the voiceover right before every game. That, I’m sure of.
