which fountain pen should i choose?
i want to buy a fountain pen to learn how to write in different fonts. i’ve been trying to decide between lamy safari charcoal (in any of the nibs), a phileas medium (blue marble), or a lamy safari vista. i’m a beginner in writing as an art form, and dont want to spend too much, $50 maximum, hopefully under $30. recommendations for other pens are welcome and preferably available on amazon.com, where all of the pens listed can be found
Phileas medium, definitely. The exceptionally smooth feeling of pen against paper with this fountain pen really stands out from the rest. With the P.M., calligraphy extends to a whole different level of art. Your writing skills will surely improve rapidly. If you look around hard enough, you should be able to find one for $39.99.
