Can you install brake-pads on In-Line skates without them?
I have these pair of in-line skates that I bought online, that are perfect in every way, except they do not have any brakes, which are essential for a slight beginner like me. Is it possible for me to just by rollerblade brakes and drill a hole in the back and stick on the brakes or something?

Think I can find a way to just sort of… screw them on?
See the rubber thing under the toe? That’s a “stop,” for what it’s worth. Seriously, if you COULD put brakes on skates, there’d be no way to keep them from seizing up at the slightest touch, and you’ d slide facefirst down the pavement every five feet. After 15 min. your face would look more like hamburger than humanity. There are, however, other “brakes”: knee and elbow pads, which are smart at any level because they’ll keep you from “breaking” a knee or an elbow. Sounds to me like you could use some personal coaching and support.
