Should I wear my knee pads over my dance pants?
My first time wearing knee pads for a routine and I was wondering if I should wear them over or under dance pants. Rehearsals only.
for practise session wearing over avoids damaging material. why not look at what others are doing and if you feel more comfortable follow suit.
