Football Shoulder Pads?
What is the difference between adult and youth football shoulder pads as far as design and construction? I’m just getting into the sport and fall at the high side of the youth sizes/low side of the adult sizes and there is a rather sizable difference in price. In specific I was looking at the Gear 2000 z-cool LB model.
when i picked out my pads i fell in the same category as you i went with the adult size because it was made for heavy impact and being a freshman playing with sophomores and up i needed it
