What do figure skaters wear during practice?
What would a boy about 13 or 14 wear to figure skating practice? Do they wear leotards or sweat pants or what?
It really depends on the skater himself and what style he likes the best. But most male skaters around the ages of 13/14 usually wear black athletic pants and just a plain jacket. The pants are usually stretchable but not super tight or anything, but they aren’t loose either. Nothing too fancy or anything. But remember, this is just for practice and not competitions or shows. As for competitions and shows, there can be pants with crystals, sequins, fancy designs and all sorts of decorations. However, the main this is that anything comfortable and the boy likes it and it fits well, is great to skate in.
