How did you pick your wedding date? Did the date have any significance? Or was it a matter of convienence?
And is that the day you celebrate as your anniversary? Or do you celebrate on a different day and why?

My husband picked out date.
Laughingly he asked me what the date of the first Saturday after his birthday (it was his 30th) was…..And that is the day we got married. His reasoning was that he would never forget his own birthday, so when it’s his birthday…he knows he has 4 days to go out and get an anniversary gift, and he would know which anniversary it was by subtracting 30 from his age. It must work…because we have been married for 32 years and he has NEVER forgotten an anniversary. LOL
