running back?
i want to start running back for my varsity high school team next year. im currently not play football at the moment but im doing a lot of weight trainning. so my question is what are the best workout to get me bigger (right now im 5’6 165) and faster before next season?

just remember that runningback is the toughest you get hit and you have to run . u gota be able to block, run, dogde. basically everything. your body looks good but try to get muscle mass not just strenght try to get like 180 – 190. because in varsity 165lbs are usually receivers and they are the lightest. just get muscle mass im sure u kno how to since ur into body building, high weight low rep..dont worry about height it can actually help u but stay in shape and remember some schools have a rule that if u wannaplay varsity u have to play jv first, thats only for juniors if ur gona be a senior then its ok. also i recommend u to take weight training at school cause ull eventually be asked by the coaches to take it
