How to properly hand wash a two toned shirt?

hey guys i would like to ask how should i hand wash this raglan shirt since its sleeves are in white then the whole shirt is on blue cloth.

I had this problem before and unluckily, wasn’t really careful and had totally ruined a white shirt with dark blue trims. Anyway, since then on, I followed the instructions on the links below. This does wonders!
